We want you to love your new jewelry, but if something isn't quite right, you can return your items within 28 days of purchase. Please note that for hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned unless they are faulty.

Return Process

  Ensure your items are in their original condition, unworn, and in their original packaging, including any gift boxes or pouches.

  Start Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package and Ship

  Securely pack your items and use the prepaid shipping label provided by the portal to drop off your package at an authorized collection point.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
