We offer a 28-day return policy for most items. Please note that for hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned unless they are faulty. All returned items must be in their original packaging and unworn condition.
Do you offer a warranty on your jewelry?
Yes, all Astrid & Miyu jewelry comes with a 1-year warranty from the date of purchase. This covers manufacturing faults but does not cover accidental damage, loss, or normal wear and tear.
How should I care for my jewelry to prevent tarnishing?
To keep your pieces looking their best, avoid contact with perfumes, lotions, and water. We recommend storing your jewelry in a cool, dry place and cleaning it gently with a soft polishing cloth.
What materials are used in your jewelry?
Our collections are primarily crafted from high-quality 925 Sterling Silver, which is then plated in 18k Gold or Rhodium. We also offer a range of 14k Solid Gold pieces for long-lasting luxury.
Can I track my order once it has been placed?
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number and a link to the carrier's website so you can monitor your delivery's progress.
